Koli has been held guilty for raping and murdering seven-year-old girl Arti. Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) judge AK Singh held Koli guilty of the crime on May 4. The quantum of punishment was to be pronounced on May 5 but the court adjourned the hearing till May 12.
