Washington DC, April 14 (ANI): Vishnu Prakash, spokesperson of India's Foreign Ministry in Washington DC on Tuesday said that France has backed India's bid for permanent seat in United Nations Security Council. He was briefing the media persons after the detailed discussions, which Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had with French President Nicolas Sarkozy at Washington on the sidelines of the ongoing Nuclear Security Summit, hosted by the US President, Barack Obama.
