Agra, January 31 (ANI): Archeologists start conservation work at the mausoleum of Mirza Ghiyas Beg, which is often regarded as a draft of the monument of love, Taj Mahal in Agra. Commonly known as Itmad-ud-Daula\'s Tomb, this extremely beautiful Mughal monument sometimes termed as the Baby Taj showcases some marvelous stone artwork. To bring back the sheen of this memorial, the Archaeological Survey of India or ASI started conservation work at the historical building.

FICCI places growth projection at 7%

New Delhi, January 31 (ANI): India's Apex business Chamber, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry or FICCI on Friday placed India's growth projection for 2008-09 at 7% rejecting the 5% rate projected by the International Monetary Fund. The IMF had projected a 5% growth for India in 2009 on the plea that world growth rate would be falling to its lowest level since the Second World War.

New Delhi, January 31 (ANI): India's state-run Punjab National Bank or PNB reported a hefty increase in its quarterly profit, helped by treasury gains and rising net interest incomes. K C Chakrabarty, Chairman and Managing Director of PNB disclosed this at a press conference in New Delhi. PNB registered an 85.8 percent increase in the net profit at 10.06 billion rupees for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, against 5.41 billion for the same period, a year ago.

According to media reports the 76-year-old prime minister was on Thursday getting back on his feet, and was walking and exercising.
