Lucknow,January 19 (ANI):The Uttar Pradesh police today arrested Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav,who was leading a protest in Lucknow against price rise.The police also baton charged Samajwadi supporters,who had turned up in large numbers to accompany their chief.On Monday,Yadav had declared that he would hold a massive Jan Andolan in the State to highlight the failure of the Centre and the State government in checking rising prices of essential commodities,corruption and police atrocities.
