New Delhi,August 02 (ANI): The week-long impasse in Indian Parliament over the price rise issue ended on Monday after the government agreed to move a resolution in both the Houses to express concern over the issue after a debate under the section which doesn't entail voting. Earlier, the consensus was reached at all party meeting called by Finance minister Pranab in the national capital to end the logjam. The entire opposition had demanded discussion on the subject under a rule that entails voting, which was staunchly opposed by the government. The opposition stalled the proceedings in Parliament since the Monsoon Session began last Monday.
