Allahabad/Bhopal, March 29 (ANI): Cricket buffs in Allahabad on Wednesday offered special prayers for home team's victory against Pakistan in the World Cup semi-final to be held at Mohali today. The cricket enthusiasts performed rituals in the wee hours of the morning at the holy waters of the 'Triveni Sangam', the point of confluence of three rivers- Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati. In Bhopal, cricket fans performed sacred fire ritual, carrying posters and Indian national flags, shouting slogans for the team's victory.
