New Delhi, June 3 (ANI): Addressing a public meeting in New Delhi ahead of the World Environment Day, Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh called for striking a balance between environment conservation and development. Ramesh said the national capital should remain green and the people should take the initiative to plant more plants. Meanwhile, Delhi chief Sheila Dikshit, who was also present at the meet, said that the state government aimed to give 25 percent tree cover to the capital to keep the pollution level in control.
