Kolkata, September 22 (ANI): Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Monday said that the pending ratification of the India US nuclear deal by the US congress doesn't prevent India from signing deals with other countries.He said that a clearance from IAEA India specific safeguards agreement and waiver from Nuclear Suppliers Group has given India the passport to enter into trade with other countries and only requires a visa.
