New Delhi, September 25 (ANI)L: Former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev began a new innings, after being conferred the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army on Wednesday in New Delhi.The honour was conferred on him by Army Chief Deepak Kapoor at the Defence Ministry headquarters.Expressing happiness after being conferred with the honour, the former cricketer who led the victorious World Cup cricket team in 1983, said, he was proud to serve his country at this age.
