Belgaum, December 7 (ANI): The second leg of the historic Sino-Indian joint military exercises began in Belgaum in Karnataka on Saturday. This is for the first time that the exercises are being conducted on the Indian soil. The joint drill, named 'Hand in Hand 2008' will continue until December 14. A 137-member strong Chinese Army contingent and Indian Army troops would participate in the eight-day long joint exercise.
