Dispur, April 23 (ANI):Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh cast his vote on Thursday in Dispur,the capital city of the insurgency-hit Assam.Singh accompanied by his wife Gursharan Kaur arrived amid tight security flew from New Delhi to exercise his franchise.The couple stood in a queue along with other voters before entering the booth.
