Lucknow, July 27 (ANI): Digvijay Singh, senior leader of congress party on Sunday criticised Mayawati led Uttar Pradesh government for failing to tackle the spectre of drought looming large over the state. In Uttar Pradesh, which normally accounts for about 55 percent of India's sugarcane production, 20 of the 71 districts were hit by drought.
