Mumbai, Feb 20 (ANI): India’s star batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni got the highest bid of $1.5 million to join Chennai team in the first round of the auction for the Indian Premier League or IPL held in Mumbai on February 20. Dhoni was closely followed by Australian player Andrew Symonds who got $1.35 mn by the Hyderabad team. IPL chairman Lalit Modi declared the results after the first round of bidding.
