New Delhi, October 2 (ANI): Rebuilding pressure on Pakistan to act against terror erupting from its soil, India's foreign minister S M Krishna, in an exclusive interview to Asian News International (ANI) news agency in New Delhi on Thursday said that that either official or back channel diplomacy with Pakistan would not be meaningful unless it is effective.
